How to Delete Your Data

At Best Sex Toys Online, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information, you can do so by following the steps below.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A brief statement requesting data deletion

Option 2: Contact Form

You can also submit a data deletion request through our Contact Page. Please select “Data Deletion” as the subject.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your account profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Social login connections (Google, Facebook)
• Saved preferences and settings
• Browsing and activity data

Note: Certain information may be retained as required by law, including order records for tax and legal compliance purposes. This retained data will be anonymized where possible.

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can also manage your data by visiting your Facebook App Settings and removing BestSexToys Online from the list of connected apps. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data.
