Every order from Best Sex Toys Online (operated by Ascend Investment Capital, Inc.) ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or identifiable branding on the exterior. Your credit-card or bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor — not our store name.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories where legally permitted). We do not ship to international destinations or to jurisdictions listed on our Compliance Policy.

Processing & Delivery Times

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds
