Each DS Doll EX begins with a complete 3D digital sculpture, created using body scanning and artistic interpretation to achieve proportions that are simultaneously anatomically perfect and aesthetically idealized. The digital model is then translated into physical molds using CNC machining for sub-millimeter accuracy. The silicone used is DS Doll's proprietary platinum-cure formula with a Shore A hardness of 0-10, providing an extraordinarily soft, realistic skin feel. The alloy skeleton features full-body joint articulation with progressive resistance at each node — joints move smoothly but hold position firmly, eliminating the "floppy" feel common in lesser dolls. The face is arguably the most impressive element: hand-painted by artists using techniques borrowed from cinema prosthetics, with micro-layer color application that creates natural-looking skin translucency.
